Gah, I always forget some obvious tag!

I'm starting to think something wrong with dupe detection. I was late submitting this with the exact same embed, a very similar title, and many of the same tags, and siftbot totally missed it.

Oh, and, this is definitely one of the funniest things Stephen Colbert's ever done on his show.

It's happened a few times I clink a TDS or Colbert link and get sad, scroll right down and get happy!

I just have to say that judge Vaughn Walker is not just a random judge! He's the guy who was appointed for the NSA wiretapping scandal and made decisions against the wishes of the federal government (allowed trial to commmence).

Why isn't anyone mentioning this?
