Actually, "Monday Report" is a spin-off of "This Hour has 22 minutes" which pre-dates "The Daily Show" by about 5 years.

People who copy half their TV shows off others (Survivor for example) shouldn't throw stones.

the joke about cheap military equipment that doesn't work kinda went over my head, but now i know i have something to ridicule canada about now. and yeah, you'd have to be canadian to get the jokes about the politicians, but no biggie, still funny.
