Once again, I forgot that it was my favorite time of year; which is the way I like it.

The winners of the Bulwer-Lytton and Lyttle-Lytton contests were announced again last month. This really is something I look forward to all year long.

You better brace yourselves, because if this is the truth - and I'm inclined to think so -, it is equally hilarious and agitating.

The Dutch anti-piracy outfit BREIN is pushing a more than questionable trial against TPB in Dutch courts and now appears to have forged evidence to link the blokes of TPB to the company officially owning TPB. Brokep aka Peter Sunde blogged about todays hearing at the Dutch court and presents rather convincing arguments that almost inescapably indicate forgery by BREIN.

How many times have you said or seen this posted here on VS? I was just watching deputydog's posting of Stewart Francis, and it occurred to me to write up a SiftTalk post proposing just that. Or would that defeat the whole idea of the Sift? If you made it valuable, like costing 2 power points or more, do you think the results would skew that badly? Just an idea and worth a little debate for the heck of it. What say you?
