I'm upvoting this on principle, but I refuse to watch it. I can't stand Mencia, even long enough to watch him be called out for the worthless comic and thief he is.

(I have seen this before though, that's why )

The first joke is pretty base and simple, so it's hard to say that he stole it. But the other ones are a lot more blatant.

To be fair, comedians are fairly merciless about stealing other comedian's jokes. However from what I understand Carlos Mencia is one of the worst at it, pilfering the majority of his shit. I've watched parts of his show a couple of times when it was on Comedy Central, and from what I can tell half the time he laughs at his jokes harder than anyone else in the audience.

Mind of Mencia is the result of Comedy Central having a HUGE show like Chappelle's Show, and then at the height of it's popularity losing it. They needed a minority comedian to tell it like it is in his own 30 min skit/stand up show. There's no replacing Chappelle. If I hear him call some Mexican a "beaner" one more time I'm gonna go all "dee-dee-duh". Mencia's not even funny when he steals the jokes.

Carlos Mencia, real name Ned Holness, was born in Honduras and raised in Los Angeles, the 17th of 18 fucking children. I find it particularly strange that he seeks to pass himself off as Mexican.
