McCain/Palin campaign angry over bogus DMCA takedowns (Election08 Talk)
Here's the link. Essentially, the McCain campaign sent a letter to YouTube complaining that rightsholders (especially news organizations) are filing illegitimate DMCA takedown notices and have managed to have important campaign clips pulled at crucial times.
An interesting case showing support of the masses, though for selfish gain. Any opinions?
